Krazy Legs
/Hugebricks is no stranger to articulation, having built some amazing and quite posable figures. But this thing is Krazy (see what I did there?). One or two photos really doesn't do this build justice, click through and check out the photostream, you'll thank me later.
Robotriffic Sunday
/As I rub the sleep from my eyes and sip my PG Tips this morning I'm pleased to see a really cool robot on Flickr. Then another...and ANOTHER. Three robots, three artists, three winners. Rather than post three in a row, I'm mashing them all together in one epic, robotriffic post. I hope you're sitting down kids (I am).
First up is Spr1nt3r. Thirdeye88 describes this as a "doodle" that got more serious. The flexibility and color scheme on this MOC caught my eye. It's just itching to be posed.
Next up is NHI MPHS-NFA-05E (uh, what?) from - NHI -. The proportions and those giant hands make this MOC stand out. It's got some really interesting connections and details too.
Last up, and my personal favorite, is Tubby by m_o_n_k_e_y. Mostly because I think this is probably what I would look like in robotic form.
TS-18 Earwig
/It's a mechanical kinda morning. This this is beautiful, from the color scheme to the details. I have to admit, I thought this was a render at first, the photography is so flawless. Nice work all around legorobo.
ST-XM1/D Hoplite
/For some reason this mech by SPECTRE reminds me of a shop class teacher I had in middle school. You know the type, preaching about safety and pointing at you with his three remaining figures. As far as mechs go, this thing is pretty beefy. It looks like it means business.
Orbscure
/Zoids!
/I played with Zoids as a kid. If I still had them I'd probably still play with them (don't judge me). With the Zoids contest happening on Flickr we've seen quite a few recently. I'd prefer all these were real bricks but I'll take the digital versions too, they still make me reminisce. Now would someone build Gore please?
